1. Introduction

Welcome to DWG ECO, an internal e-commerce and deal platform exclusively designed for the DWGROUP Vietnam ecosystem. This platform is operated by DWGROUP Investment Joint Stock Company ("we," "our," or "us") and serves our internal network of stores, partners, and members.

By downloading, installing, or using DWG ECO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Access to this platform is restricted to authorized DWGROUP ecosystem members only.

2. Service Description

DWG ECO provides the following internal services:

• Internal Deal Platform: Access to exclusive deals and promotions posted by DWGROUP for internal stores and partners within our ecosystem
• Internal E-commerce System: Purchase products and services posted by DWGROUP for distribution through our network of internal stores
• Point-Based Payment System: Transactions using DWGROUP Points as the primary payment method within the ecosystem
• Store Network Management: Tools for internal stores to access and manage DWGROUP products and deals
• Member Community: Internal communication, reviews, and recommendations within the DWGROUP network

3. Membership and Access

DWG ECO is exclusively available to authorized members of the DWGROUP Vietnam ecosystem, including:

• Internal store owners and operators
• DWGROUP partners and affiliates
• Authorized employees and representatives
• Approved ecosystem participants

Membership verification and account approval are required. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

4. DWGROUP Points System

4.1 Point Currency

• DWGROUP Points serve as the primary currency within the DWG ECO ecosystem
• Points are issued, managed, and controlled exclusively by DWGROUP
• Point values and exchange rates are determined solely by DWGROUP
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender

4.2 Point Earning and Usage

• Points can be earned through authorized activities within the DWGROUP ecosystem
• Points can be used to purchase products and services available on DWG ECO
• Point balances and transaction history are maintained by DWGROUP systems
• Point expiration dates and usage restrictions may apply as determined by DWGROUP

5. Deal and Product Management

5.1 DWGROUP Posted Content

• All deals and promotional offers are created and posted exclusively by DWGROUP
• All products and services are listed and managed by DWGROUP
• Product availability, pricing, and specifications are controlled by DWGROUP
• Deal terms, conditions, and validity periods are set by DWGROUP

5.2 Internal Store Distribution

• Internal stores access DWGROUP products and deals through the platform
• Stores operate under DWGROUP guidelines and distribution agreements
• Inventory allocation and product distribution are managed by DWGROUP
• Store performance and compliance are monitored by DWGROUP systems

6. Internal Transactions

6.1 Purchase Process

• All purchases are processed using DWGROUP Points
• Transactions are subject to point balance availability
• Order fulfillment is managed through the internal DWGROUP network
• Delivery and distribution follow DWGROUP internal logistics

6.2 Internal Pricing and Fees

• All pricing is set in DWGROUP Points as determined by DWGROUP
• Internal transaction fees may apply as specified by DWGROUP
• Store commissions and profit-sharing follow internal DWGROUP agreements
• Point adjustments and corrections are at DWGROUP's discretion

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Ecosystem members must:

• Maintain confidentiality of internal DWGROUP information and operations
• Use the platform solely for authorized DWGROUP ecosystem activities
• Comply with all internal DWGROUP policies and procedures
• Report any system issues or irregularities to DWGROUP management
• Respect intellectual property and proprietary information

Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing access credentials or platform information with unauthorized parties
• Attempting to manipulate point balances or transaction records
• Using the platform for activities outside the DWGROUP ecosystem
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access restricted system functions

8. Internal Store Obligations

Participating internal stores must:

• Operate in accordance with DWGROUP standards and guidelines
• Maintain accurate inventory and sales reporting
• Provide customer service consistent with DWGROUP quality standards
• Participate in DWGROUP training and development programs
• Comply with internal audit and compliance requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of DWGROUP business operations

9. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All content, systems, processes, and information within DWG ECO are proprietary to DWGROUP Investment Joint Stock Company. Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any internal information, business processes, or proprietary data to external parties.

10. System Availability and Support

DWGROUP strives to maintain system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Internal technical support is provided to authorized ecosystem members. System maintenance and updates may result in temporary service interruptions.

11. Termination and Access Revocation

DWGROUP reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to DWG ECO at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, changes in ecosystem membership status, or business restructuring. Upon termination, all point balances and access rights are forfeited.

12. Modifications and Updates

DWGROUP may modify these Terms, the platform functionality, or the point system at any time without prior notice. Continued use of DWG ECO constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Members will be notified of significant changes through internal communication channels.
